The Proceedings of the Indonesia Forum on Labor and Productivity (IFLP) is an open-access publication platform for peer-reviewed research papers, policy analyses, and other scientific contributions presented at the annual Indonesia Forum on Labor and Productivity. Managed by the Center for Manpower Policy Development (Pusat Pengembangan Kebijakan Ketenagakerjaan), the platform serves as a repository for research and policy discussions on labor and productivity in Indonesia.

The Indonesia Forum on Labor and Productivity (IFLP) is an international forum initiated by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia. It brings together researchers, academics, policymakers, business representatives, and practitioners to discuss current developments and challenges in the labor sector. The papers published in these proceedings reflect the research and discussions presented during the forum.

By making these contributions openly accessible, the Proceedings provides a centralized source of research that can be used for academic reference, policy development, and further study on labor and productivity issues in Indonesia.
